This multi-part miniseries explores general principles and specific elements within kashrut, the system of rules that define “keeping Kosher”. The first session surveys guiding principles of Kashrut in the home, while each session thereafter focuses on questions surrounding a specific illustrative topic within kashrut. Participants are invited to join for one or all sessions, which will be text-based (translations provided) with an emphasis on small-group discussion. Specific topics after the first session may be tailored to fit participants’ interests.
